PM Modi in Mathura today, will launch mega farmers welfare schemes

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to reach Mathura at about 11am and would inaugurate the National Animal Disease Control Programme (NADCP) for eradicating the foot and mouth disease (FMD) and brucellosis in cattle.
