NIA examining possible IS links with radical Muslim outfits in Tamil Nadu

The NIA is mulling taking into custody the 10 suspects who have been arrested by the state police in connection with the murder, as most of them are either PFI functionaries or activists. Sources say, custodial interrogation is necessary to decode the IS links.
