PM Narendra Modi showers praise on Budget 2019, hails taxpayers

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said it is a budget for a new India. He said the budget will benefit small farmers the most. He also said that 12 crore farmers, three crore taxpayers and 30 crore labourers will benefit from the budget.
