Taliban analogy can't apply to J-K, talks must be on our terms: Army chief

Army chief Gen Bipin Rawat said if other countries are talking to the Taliban, India too should join in. He said if a number of countries are talking to the Taliban, and if India has an interest in Afghanistan, then it too should hold talks. He, however, said the same analogy cannot be applied in J&K.
