Mizoram Assembly speaker, dropped from Congress list of candidates, joins BJP

Mizoram assembly elections 2018: Speaker Hiphei said on Monday that he has resigned from his post, the House, as well as the Congress, just a little over three weeks ahead of assembly elections. He later joined the BJP.
