Efforts on to rescue injured Navy officer stranded in Indian Ocean

Navy officer Abhilash Tomy was participating in the Golden Globe Race that started on 1 July from France. Tomy is the only Indian participating in the race that involves a gruelling 30,000-mile solo circumnavigation of the globe.
