Attack on chief secretary: Delhi Police says AAP MLAs acted with 'common intent'

The police said that of the 11 Aam Aadmi Party MLAs who were called, two were made to sit on a sofa according to a preconceived plan after which the chief secretary was assaulted, threatened, abused and confined.
