Rajasthan police under fire for '3-hour delay' in helping Alwar lynching victim

Rakbar Khan was allegedly attacked by alleged cow vigilantes in Alwar on Friday night. The police took the lynching to hospital at 4am, although they had reached the site of the incident at 1am.
